Austrian beach volleyball player wins a point with the outrageous bicycle kickAustrian beach volleyball player, Alexander Horst, took a leaf out of the world's best footballers' books with an incredible bicycle kick during a volleyball tournament in Antwerp, Belgium, on Sunday (September 9).Horst was scrambling back in an attempt to retrieve a pass from team-mate Clemens Doppler and managed to not only keep the ball in play but win a sensational point with Zinedine Zidane-esque technique.Horst's effort touched the net and dropped over to give the Austrian duo the plaudits from the Belgian crowd.Elsewhere during the tournament, Norwegian pair Anders Mol and Christian Sorum won a thrilling rally – something which isn't too common in beach volleyball – with one of their opponents, Alexander Brouwer, losing a joust and collapsing on the floor in laughter.Dutchman Brouwer was helped onto his feet by his Norwegian opponents after a sublime sequence of volleyball.The tournament – the second stop in the newly formed King of the Crown Court Series – was won by Brazilian duo Pedro Solberg and Bruno Schmidt, with European champions Mol and Sorum taking second place for Norway.
