Parents Of Slain Pakistani Exchange Student Files Lawsuit Against Santa Fe HS shooter’s Family

By: Paige Hubbard

Sabika Sheikh was a Pakistani exchange student whose life was taken away from her too soon in the Santa Fe High School shooting.

Her parents are now seeking justice by joining a lawsuit filed against the accused gunman’s parents.

The lawsuit details that the parents of the shooter were aware that their son was not mentally stable, and neglected to seek help for him. They are also claiming that the parents failed to address the state of their son’s mental health and allowed him to have access to firearms that put innocent lives at risk.
