Double shooting at Edgebrook, Houston

Around 8:30 pm three male suspects jumped a boyfriend and girlfriend as they were walking out into the parking lot.  They took the couple back to their apartment to rob them.  Two held the female in the living room, while one took the male to the bedroom to locate the money and other items.  But while they were in the bedroom, the male victim was able to reach for a gun he had in a dresser and pulled it out and the two started to exchange gunfire, shooting at each other.  This continued as the suspects ran out of the apartment.  It spread down the sidewalk.  In the end, the male resident victim was shot, and one of the suspects was shot.  Both were transported to the hospital in serious but stable condition.  The other two suspects got away.  The girlfriend was not hurt.
