Texas Children’s Hospital and Harris County Sheriff’s Office partner to help children with parents in jail system

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office and Texas Children’s Hospital have partnered to win a grant from the National Institute of Corrections to make the Harris County Jail more child-friendly.

Sheriff Ed Gonzalez along with Nancy Correa from Texas Children’s held a press conference to spread more awareness about the initiative.
