The centerpiece is a replica of the Millennium Falcon – Han Solo’s spaceship – which takes passengers on simulated flights, with riders able to take the position of pilot, gunner or engineer.
Disney’s first Star Wars-themed land opened in May in Anaheim, California. Analysts estimate Disney spent at least $1 billion to build the two nearly identical versions of Galaxy’s Edge.
