Snow drapes Joshua Tree National Park

California’s Joshua Tree National Park, usually known for its arid desert landscape, was unusually white, blanketed in snow on Boxing Day (December 26). 

The iconic Joshua trees can be seen covered in snow, along with the bushes and landscape found about 193 km / 120 miles east of Los Angeles.
