Homicide on MLK

On Sunday night around 11:30 p.m officials were called out after witnesses say an unidentified male was seen dragging a woman into his car with a gun in hand before he drove off the scene.

The incident happened at the 7000 block of Martin Luther King Blvd at the Norma’s Plaza Apartment complex.

Prior to Houston Police Dept. arriving witnesses say they originally heard two men involved in a heated altercation. Gunshots were then fired and they could hear someone fall above them.

Another male, said to be the victim’s boyfriend, was found deceased on scene.

The suspect was seen driving a black Nissan Altima that is now believed to have been stolen from another resident within the complex.

Multiple witnesses have been detained for further questioning.
