House fire on Oak Cluster

CYPRESS, TX – The Cy-Fair Fire Department responded to calls of a house on fire in the Cypress area last night. The breakout happened around 9:15 p.m. at 17819 Oak Cluster Cir. starting with heavy flames coming from a detached garage just below the apartment.

The fire left severe damage to the apartment and garage. However, all occupants of the home were able to safely self evacuate themselves before crews arrived. No injuries were reported.

The Harris County Fire Marshall is expected to investigate the cause of the fire.
