Shooting in Inwood Grove Apartment complex

HOUSTON, TX – A man was transported to the Houston NW Hospital last night after being shot in the parking lot of his apartment complex.

Precinct 1 and HCEC arrived at the Inwood Grove Apartments located at 7302 Alabonson Rd and discovered a male who had been pistol-whipped and shot in his leg. His condition was stable at the time of his transport to the hospital.

Investigators say there was a heated altercation between the victim and the suspect prior to the shooting. No further details were provided on if any arrests were made.
