Male body found burning in the backseat of a car

HOUSTON, TX – A body was found burning in the backseat of a car last night in north Houston. 

The Houston Fire Department responded to the disturbing call just after midnight where they say they found a vehicle engulfed in flames at 4635 Werner St.

Once ignited they found a male’s body severely burned inside.

Investigators are working to find out how the body got there as well as to identify the victim. Police officials are going to investigate to see if the car was stolen.
