Man killed in SW Houston

HOUSTON – A man has been shot and killed in southwest Houston Saturday night.

The shooting happened around 7:30 p.m. near 4100 West Orem Dr. Authorities say the family transported the victim to the Eagle Mart convenience store on Hiram Clarke Road and West Airport Boulevard. The victim died at the scene from his injuries.

Investigators are working to find out what led up to the shooting.
