HOUSTON, TX – HISD schools have decided to remain closed on Wednesday (Sept. 23) out of precaution for Tropical Storm Beta.
Instruction should resume on Thursday pending road and weather conditions. All home-instruction can continue as scheduled as long as internet access remains intact.
Student meal deliveries and curbside-pickup will be canceled for Wednesday as well.
All employees must still report to work virtually for their scheduled hours.
