Man shot and killed at SE gas station

HOUSTON, TX – An investigation is pending after a man is found with several gunshot wounds at a gas station Wednesday night.

The shooting happened on the southeast side of Houston at the Citgo gas station near South Loop East and Broadway just before 9 p.m. Authorities say that while en-route to a nearby trauma center paramedics say he flatlined and was pronounced dead inside the ambulance.

Officers are still unsure if he was shot at the service station or somewhere else.

All convenience store surveillance will be reviewed for more details.

This is a developing story.
