Warehouse owner shoots and kills trespasser

HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Police Department confirmed one dead after being shot for trespassing at a southwest Houston warehouse.

The shooting happened just after midnight in the 14000 block of South Post Oak Road near Orem.

Police say the owner was struck in the head with a metal pipe by the suspect and immediately after the owner shot and killed the man.

An investigation is subject to take place where they will later determine if the owner will face any charges.
