HOUSTON – A man has been arrested and charged with manslaughter for his suspected role in a Tuesday afternoon shooting that left one dead at an Oak Forest apartment complex.
Houston police say they were called to the apartments at about 4:35 p.m. Tuesday afternoon and learned that a victim had been shot and transported to an area hospital. He later died.

On Wednesday, deputies released the identity of the shooter as 24- year-old Arturo Puebla. He is accused of fatally shooting a 21-year-old man. His identity has not yet been released.
