HPD asking for help finding suspects behind deadly shooting in Midtown

HOUSTON – Houston Police are investigating a deadly shooting that killed a man last weekend (Jan. 9).

The shooting took place in the 1100 block of McIlhenny Street.

37-year-old Layvon Suell was gun-downed with multiple gunshot wounds. Houston Police held a news conference yesterday (Jan. 12) alongside the family of the victim asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for the shooting.
