Man arrested after he threatens to shoot everyone at Wingstop because his food was not being ready

HOUSTON – A man has been arrested after he made threats to shoot everyone in a restaurant on the Northwest side of Houston.

The incident happened at a Wingstop in the 2500 block of FM 1960 Road Law.

Witnesses say 32-year-old Tommye Nichols initially became upset because his food was not ready, as a result, he threatened to shoot everyone inside the restaurant. He went to his vehicle and retrieved a gun, he went back inside the restaurant, and demanded his money back, while continuously making threats. Shortly after, he fled the scene.

Nichols was booked into Harris County Jail on charges of aggravated robbery with a weapon. His bond was set to $60,000.
