HOUSTON – HPD units are investigating a fatal auto-pedestrian crash in 9207 block of Laura Koppe Road.
According to witnesses, an adult male was seen walking on the side of the road, he then proceeded to walk into the middle of the road and lay down.
Before witnesses could get him to get up, a white sedan struck the male. Police say he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and is not expected to face charges.
