HOUSTON – A man was arrested and charged after contacting 911 operators multiple times and threatened them with excessive “profane, abusive and harassing” comments.
On March 9, Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Deputies were dispatched out to 6700 block of Richardson Road in reference to an active assault.

At the scene, charges were declined due to mutal combat.
Caller, Marlin Hamilton became angry after not receiving the conclusion he wanted and as a result, he continuously contacted 911 dispatchers to willingly harass them and use profane language.
Hamilton was booked into Harris County Jail and charged with harassing communication.
Hamilton has since then bonded out of jail according to deputies.
