HOUSTON – The Houston Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that took place in the Greenspoint area overnight.
The shooting occurred in the 720 block of N. Sam Houston Parkway East.
Arriving officers located a man deceased with multiple gunshot wounds.
According to investigators, there was an altercation between two men on a sidewalk, sometime during the argument one of the men shot the other and fled on foot in a westbound direction. Police confirm the suspect has not been located and remains at large.
