Employee accused of stealing narcotics from ER in Spring

HARRIS COUNTY– On April 12, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a theft involving narcotics located at the Sublime Care Emergency Room, 2490 FM 2920 Road.

Upon deputies arriving, it was discovered through video surveillance that an employee identified as Jenny Mcneely was stealing Fentanyl.

Constables were able to obtain a warrant for her arrest and placed her into custody when she arrived for work.

Further investigation revealed that she was currently out on bond for a similar case.

Mcneely was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Diversion of a Controlled Substance. Her bond was set at $25,000.00.
