Man shot, injured on Little York Road

HOUSTON – Authorities are looking for a suspect after a man was shot and injured at the intersection of Little York Road and Cheeves Drive. 

Arriving HPD units located an adult male with a gunshot wound to the leg.

According to police, the victim was transported to the hospital where he is expected to survive.

As per initial information, a suspect in a silver car pulled up and attempted to open fire, but the gun got jammed.

The suspect returned a short time later and fired at least 15 shots in the parking lot from the moving car, striking the victim in the leg. 

Investigation is underway to trace the culprit.
