Man shot, killed on Werner Street

HOUSTON – Investigation has been launched after a man was found shot to death in the 6300 block of Werner Street. 

Police officers arrived at the after a caller informed that several gunshots were heard in the area. 

Police said a man approximately 20 years old was found dead at the scene. He had a gunshot wound to the head.

Narcotics were also found at the scene near the deceased, police added.

Officers have initiated inquiry to determined motive of the shooting and trace the culprit.
