3 suspects detained after man shot, injured on Westpark Drive

HOUSTON – Houston police have detained at least three suspects after a man was shot and injured in the 10600 block of Westpark Drive Friday. 

According to Lt. E. Pavel, Westside officers responded to a shooting at the Holiday Inn and located a male victim with gunshot wounds to the abdomen and chest.

The victim was transported to a hospital in critical condition.

Police have detained two males and a female suspect after the shooting. 

It was reported that there was some sort of altercation between the suspects and the victim prior to the shooting.

HPD Major Assaults is reviewing surveillance footage to know exactly what happened there.
