Man killed in drive-by shooting in northwest Houston

HOUSTON – Authorities are looking for two suspects after a man was shot and killed in northwest Houston Monday night. 

The shooting was reported in the 5600 block of De Soto Street around 11:20 p.m.

HPD officers arrived at the scene and located the victim laying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Police were told the man was hanging out near a gas station when two individuals got out of the back seat of a white sedan and started shooting at him.

The suspects then got back into the vehicle and drove off in an unknown direction.

Police will review surveillance footage to get better description of the suspects. Motive of the shooting is unknown yet.
