Victim shoots, kills suspected robber on Bonhomme Road

HOUSTON – Investigation is underway after a suspected robber was shot and killed by a man at 5959 Bonhomme Road Monday night. 

Police were told that a man and his wife were parking their car around 9:06 p.m. when an unknown black vehicle stopped behind them. 

Three men came out of the vehicle and attempted to rob the husband. The victim gave up some of his property and tried to escape from the location, however, one of the suspects followed him and pointed a gun at him. 

Meanwhile, the victim pulled out a gun from his bag and struck the suspect multiple times, killing him on the spot.

Reportedly, the other two suspects fled the scene.

The male victim called 911 and was seen cooperating with the investigators.
