Two injured in house fire in NW Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY- – At least two people have been injured after a house caught fire in Northwest Harris County early Friday.

The residential fire was reported around 2:00 a.m. in the 7800 block of Lawn Wood Lane. 

Northwest fire department along with several surrounding agencies responded to the scene and found heavy fire coming out of a single-story house.

Firefighters located one person with burn injuries while another person was taken to the hospital for unknown injuries.

Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the flames.
