Man beaten to death in north Harris County

HOUSTON – Deputies are looking for a suspect after a man was beaten to death in north Harris County Monday night.

The incident happened in the 2800 block of Burnt Amber Lane.

According to deputies, a Hispanic male believed to be 25 to 30 years old was found dead at the scene.

The suspect has been described as a Hispanic male driving a red van.

Investigators were informed that there was some type of altercation in the front yard when the suspect beat the victim to death.

Deputies are trying to obtain surveillance footage to know what exactly happened.
