Man shoots brother, bystander on Cypress Station Drive

HOUSTON – A person has been detained for shooting his brother and a bystander in the 900 block of Cypress Station Drive Sunday night.

According to police, two brothers got into a physical altercation and at one point one of them opened fire, striking the other and a bystander.

Both victims are expected to survive, police told.

Police have detained one person and also recovered the firearm.
