Suspect surrenders after barricade situation on Hannah Oaks Lane

HOUSTON – A barricaded gunman situation has ended in the 17400 block of Hannah Oaks Lane after the suspect surrendered Sunday night.

Precinct 4 deputies initially reported about gunshots fired at the location. The deputies then informed on radio that they were able to get the son out of the residence.

Meanwhile, the suspect barricaded himself and continued to shoot rounds off in the house.

While swat team was forming a plan to deal with the gunman, the suspect exited the front door and surrendered.
No injury has been reported in the incident.
