HOUSTON – Police are investigating after man was shot and killed as he tried to intercept a group of armed suspects in southeast Houston Thursday night.
The shooting happened around 9:30 p.m. in the 9200 block of Nathaniel near Clearwood.
According to police, a group of armed men showed up at the location and were looking for someone.
As the victim stepped in front of the group of males, he was fatally shot multiple times.
The suspects fled the scene after the shooting.
